Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the H-LLM Multi-Model application and related services provided by Hallucinations Cloud ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the H-LLM Multi-Model application for personal use only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Attempt to derive the source code
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Sublicense or transfer your rights to others

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use the H-LLM Multi-Model application.

3. Account Requirements

Phone verification via Twilio is mandatory for account creation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping your credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing date. To cancel, go to your device Settings > Subscriptions > H-LLM Multi-Model.

Daily query limits reset at 12:00 AM UTC and do not accumulate.

5. AI Model Integration

The H-LLM Multi-Model application integrates eight third-party AI providers:

• OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-3.5)
• Anthropic (Claude)
• Google (Gemini)
• Cohere
• DeepSeek
• OpenRouter
• Perplexity AI
• xAI (Grok)

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

• Generate illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt fraud or deception
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with the service or other users

7. Intellectual Property

Hallucinations Cloud retains ownership of the application, H-Score algorithm, interface design, and all related intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the queries you submit but grant us a license to process them through our service. Ownership of AI-generated responses is subject to the respective AI provider's terms.

Our total liability is capped at the greater of:

• Subscription fees you paid in the previous 12 months, or
• $100

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Personal injury claims arising from reliance on AI content

10. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are processed exclusively through Apple's support system—we do not issue direct refunds. Price increases require 30-day advance notice.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. We may terminate immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Required legal compliance

Upon termination, account data deletion follows our Privacy Policy procedures.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California state law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in San Francisco County courts. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings. Before filing any legal action, you must attempt informal resolution by contacting us at legal@hallucinations.cloud.

13. Third-Party Relationships

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. We assume responsibility for app claims, product liability, and intellectual property disputes—not Apple. Links to external services are provided for convenience and carry no endorsement or responsibility from us.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or email.

15. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the H-LLM Multi-Model application, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must delete the application and discontinue use.
