Account Information

We collect your phone number for SMS authentication via Twilio, plus optional email address and name when you create an account.

Query Data

When you submit queries, they are transmitted to eight AI providers:

• DeepSeek
• OpenRouter
• Perplexity AI
• xAI (Grok)

Device Information

We collect device data including iOS version, device model, language settings, and unique device identifiers to provide and improve our services.

Usage Data

We monitor query counts to enforce subscription limits and track general usage patterns to improve our service.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Precise geographic location
• Contacts or address book
• Photos or camera access
• Browsing history
• Payment card details (processed by Apple)
• Biometric data (Face ID/Touch ID stays on-device)

Data Retention

• Query History: 90 days
• Account Data: Until deletion requested
• Purchase Records: 7 years (tax compliance)

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. All conversations are stored securely on our servers with enterprise-grade security measures.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU Residents (GDPR)

EU residents have rights to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and the right to object to processing. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Subscription Tracking

We track daily query limits based on your subscription tier:

• Basic: 10 queries per day ($9.99/month)
• Pro: 50 queries per day ($29.99/month)
• Enterprise: Unlimited queries ($99.99/month)

Query counts reset daily at 12:00 AM UTC.

Age Requirement

The H-LLM Multi-Model app is intended for users 17 years of age and older.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
